Welcome to iSamiAm.com
This is my new endeavor for helping people understand the world of Apple devices and software. I've found that over the years of being that guy in the family who "knows about computers," I end up being the person that they will come to for support and information. I've decided that I not only want to be available to those I know locally, but to all who have questions about their devices and how they can make their lives easier and hopefully more expressive.
I made the transition to the Apple ecosystem just after OSX was released. My first Apple product was an iMac 17" G5 and I've never looked back. Well, that's not entirely true. :) As you'll see in my posts, I've been looking back more lately because of the latest decisions that Apple have been making. I'm not a through and through fanboy, and I think that this is where my voice can lend a unique perspective to the echo chamber of "The Holy Apple Empire" that many sites perpetuate.
This page will be dedicated to helping out the new Apple switcher, the new computer user, iOS device tips, application recommendations, as well as commentary, reviews, and discussion of all things Apple.
I'm so glad you've visited, please take a moment to subscribe to my twitter, facebook page, or RSS feed, and I would love any feedback you have.
